The shipping cost is the same for shipping to any part of Greece and is as follows:

OUTSIDE GREECE
Cyprus Delivery by courier (Speedex or Elta Courier) within 7 working days (in inaccessible areas may be delayed 1 to 2 days more)

The shipping cost is the same for shipping to any part of Cyprus and amounts to € 5.00 including VAT.
Delivery days: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays)

Heavy and Bulky objects

In case of purchase of a heavy and / or bulky item, the above shipping costs and delivery days of orders do NOT exist.

PAYMENT METHODS
For your best service, we provide the following payment methods for your order:
Pay on delivery

Cash on delivery, upon delivery of products. (The extra charge amounts to 1.5 € or 2.50 € depending on the Courier option)

Your order starts to be processed immediately when COD is selected as the shipping method. Cash on delivery can be selected only for destinations within Greece.
Credit card

You can make the payment with absolute security and confidentiality using a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, easily and quickly. Card details are entered directly on the Piraeus Bank Credit Card Clearance website

Your credit card number and any other details of your card (CCV, expiration date, etc.) are not kept in our databases for obvious security reasons.

Clearing is done automatically when the Credit Card is selected as the shipping method and your order starts to be processed immediately.

Valid in all Greek banks.

The order is canceled 5 days after the submission of the order.

Bank deposit
By deposit (only for Greece) in the following account stating the name / surname and the Order Number:

If the Bank Deposit is selected as the payment method, your order will start to be processed immediately after the confirmation of the deposit. This can be from 1 to 5 days depending on the remittance policy of the two banks (outgoing and incoming).

The costs for interbank transactions are borne by the customer.

If you use web banking you can deposit the amount and send us the receipt by email to info@bertini.gr

Withdrawal / Return – Product Change
You have the right to return or change all or part of the order within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it. Date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.
If the return is not made within 15 days then Bertini may not accept it.

To exercise the right of return – change, you must:
Fill in and send the “Product Change / Return Form” located on the back of the Retail Receipt or Shipping Receipt Invoice you received with your order.

To send the product in perfect condition in which you received it, ie to be complete, without damage and without removing the special markings of the product, within the package you received them.

The products are returned by you exclusively with the courier transport that you received them.
Transportation ExpensesInside Greece
Returns – changes are made exclusively with the transport courier you received and always at the recipient’s expense, ie Bertini.

In case the customer chooses another transport company, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. Returns – Changes with another shipping company and Bertini charge will not be accepted.

Returns
In case the reason for the return concerns a mistake of Bertini, the entire amount paid by the customer is refunded.

In case the customer wishes the return of his order without the fault of Bertini, the shipping costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to € 2.99.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products

Changes
The first change is always free of charge, free of charge to the customer. For each subsequent change concerning the same order, there is a charge of € 2.99 for each new shipment.

Abroad
Returns – changes are made in any way chosen by the customer and the shipping cost is borne exclusively by him. Returns – Changes charged by Bertini will not be accepted.

Briefly, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
the return must be made within 15 days from the day of receipt the product has not been used
the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Delivery Note Invoice, etc.)

Important:
For hygiene reasons, products that can affect a person’s personal hygiene are not returned. Some of these are:

Defective products
In cases where, through proven fault of Bertini, defective products were sold or by mistake in the receipt of the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then takes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the shipping costs.
The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
